2 – 8 ounces low fat packages cream cheese

1 – 15 ounces can puree pumpkin

2 cups heavy cream

Pinch salt

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 cup Lite&Sweet Sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
In a mixer, blend the cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until whipped and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Pipe into serving glasses and top sugar free whipped cream and with cacao nibs if desired.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
