Sugar Free Pineapple Strawberry Salsa


1 cup pineapple

1 cup strawberries

2 tbs Lite and sweet

1 avocado peeled, pitted and diced

2 tbs diced red onion

1 tbs diced jalapeno

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 tbs fresh lime juice

Salt and Pepper to taste


In a medium bowl, stir together pineapple, strawberries, Lite and Sweet, avocado, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with tortilla or pita chips. You can also eat it over fish, chicken and pork.
