I recently had four of my Sugar Free recipes Dishes published in the Fall edition of Healthy Living Magazine. This magazine is published four times a year for each season. It shares so many great insights on ways to live a happier and healthier life.

These four recipes are not only nutritious but also help boost your immune system. They are made with wonderful herbs to bring excellent flavor to the main course using garlic and ginger. The dessert is gluten free and very flavorful. It is made with mixed berries, Brae burn apples, pineapple, coconut oil, macadamias and Greek yogurt plus valuable proteins for healthy, slimming meals and snacks. These recipes are very unique because we use Lite&SweetLite&Sweet is a combination of xylitol and erythritol. It is sweet like sugar without the calories of sugar or the bad aftertaste most sweeteners tend to have.

In case you don’t know what Xylitol and Erythritol are I will give you a short back ground on them and why I cook with Lite&Sweet which is a mixture of both. When cooking with Xylitol a small percentage of the people will get an upset stomach and gas. Lite&Sweet uses Xylitol and Erythritol blend and this combination allows the body to digest slower so you won’t experience those discomforts.
Lite&Sweet uses all natural sugar-alcohols found in fruits and vegetables, it has a low glycemic of seven with only 3 calories per serving. It doesn’t affect your blood sugar levels and it is a healthier sugar for adult and children. Not only are these completely natural sweeteners, but they help  prevent tooth decay, and upper respiratory infections.
