1 C. Ice

1 C. Water

1 5oz. of Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

1 C. Frozen Blueberries

1 Fresh or Frozen Banana

1 Ripe Avocado

1/3 C. Lite&Sweet



Place ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
