Pumpking is my all time favorite symbol of everything around halloween and thanksgiving. I will be making and sharing many pumpkin dishes that include the favorite pumpkin spice flavor as well as the other ingredients like cinnamon, ginger, mace, clove, and allspice. Clove is my all time preferred fall flavor, you have to use a small amount sparingly but it brings out and marries the other flavors so well.
