I have learned you have to be sneaky with kids, and when they hear the word popsicle, not matter how healthy it may be, they will come running. I also take in consideration we are getting to the hottest months of the year and we need to beat the heat by staying hydrated and watermelon is 92% water which makes the perfect ingredients for a Popsicles. There’s something about your 4 year old dripping popsicles all over her ten different outfits (because you have to keep changing her-thanks to the popsicles), that just really makes it feel like it’s officially summer.

This no sugar added watermelon popsicle is the perfect summer snack or treat for your kids at the pool, the park, after a soccer game, or even for dessert! It is much healthier than eating a big bowl of ice cream or even any of those sugary popsicles. No Sugar Added Watermelon Popsicle

¼ cup powder Lite and Sweet

5 cups cubed watermelon flesh (a little over 1 pound)

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

In a blender powder Lite and Sweet for 1-2 minutes until powdered. Next, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Assemble the popsicle, insert sticks and pour the watermelon puree until reach the fill line. Let freeze completely, then remove the pops with running water and enjoy.
