When going to a party or a get together, being told you’re in charge of the fruit can sometimes feel like the easy way out. But when you get creative and bring more than just fruit, you’ll impress your guests and everyone will be asking for your recipe! So don’t just bring fruit, bring along a fruit dip. And not just any fruit dip, but one that has no sugar added into it and includes one of my favorite fruits, raspberries!
Many store bought and some homemade fruit dips are filled with sugary substances. But with this recipe we use Lite and Sweet as the sugar replacement and still get the same amount of sweet flavors with 1/4th of the calories. You’ll be eating your healthy fruits while dunking them into a healthy dip. You won’t feel bad about yourself when your ratio is 1:5 for fruit to dip. Dunk them in as much dip as you want!
Fruit may seem like the easy way out because it’s easy to get and put together. And adding a dip doesn’t need to make things harder. You guys have to know that it will only take up an additional 2-3 minutes of your time! That’s right, you get all of your ingredients and throw them into a blender for 1-2 minutes and boom, you’re done. So now when you’re on fruit duty for the next gathering, get excited and make enhance your fruit with this delicious no sugar added raspberry fruit dip!
No Sugar Added Raspberry Fruit Dip
- 1/2 cup powdered Lite&Sweet
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 container of plain yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a blender or food processor powder the Lite and Sweet for 1-2 minutes or until powdered. In a bowl using a hand mixer mix together all the ingredients until all is well blended. Serve with fresh fruits.
