No Sugar Added Pumpkin Apple Bundt Cake

It’s almost Thanksgiving! Finally something truly splendid to celebrate! FOOD! Oh wait… is that not what Thanksgiving is about? Well in my house we certainly give thanks for our food. To me, the best part about Thanksgiving is the 10 different kinds of pies my aunt always makes for our family dinner. My personal favorite – pumpkin pie. It is so different from every other kind of pie, and you can only ever have it during the fall! But sometimes we feel the need to switch things up a bit and bring something with a little extra festive flare. If you are that person, I have the perfect recipe for you! The Pumpkin Apple Bundt Cake has all the charms of the pumpkin pie, melded with the fond memories of apple picking, and mixed with a warm nutmeg and cinnamon scent. Seriously you guys, there is no need for that Bath and Body Works apple cinnamon candle you just bought. Pop this cake in the oven an hour before company is to show up, and your house will be filled with a mouth-watering aroma.

Now for the BEST part about your Thanksgiving dinner: after gorging yourself with succulent turkey and stuffing, you and your family are feeling stuffed to the brim and possibly guilty about now having dessert waiting for you. There is no need to sweat it – with Lite & Sweet I have replicated this already perfect recipe and made it that much better…. Sugar free! Lite & Sweet has helped cut the calories down in this recipe by almost half, and you won’t be stuck with that Thanksgiving dessert sugar hangover. Not only that, but you won’t even be able to tell the difference in taste. No sugar, and yet it will still be the same moist, and delectably creamy cake. How great is that?!

Go ahead… tell your family it’s sugar-free. They won’t believe you!
