On to the next popsicle invention! And this time we are only using 4 ingredients with this no sugar added pineapple popsicle! It’s sweet, sour, frozen and sugar free. Did I mention how easy it is to make it? It takes about 5 minutes to put it all together and then the rest of the time is to freezing them. I love being able to make these the night before a big activity, game, or even when my kids are just having some friends over. I mix all the ingredients the night before and then let them set overnight. It’s one of the easiest recipes to put together and serve! So fun to have a healthy and fruity treat for your self to snack or to share with others.

I like having multiple types of popsicles on hand. Because at any given time you could have one of your child’s friends over that is afraid to try something new, allergic of something, or is just a picky eater. It’s important to have options so that everyone can enjoy a popsicle. Because if we’re being honest, everyone likes popsicles even if we have different flavor preferences. Since making this recipe my kids have become more fan of different popsicle flavors and varieties.

Summer is just getting started which means it’ll be important to have plenty of frozen treats on hand. And the great thing about these popsicles is that they can be doubled, tripled, even quadrupled to make as many frozen treats as you need. For the next few months I know I’ll be all over the snacks that will cool you down. And this recipe will do just that while also giving you a new, healthy type of popsicle!

No Sugar Added Pineapple Popsicle

1/3 cup Lit&Sweet

2/3 cups water

1 medium lime

5 cups pineapple chunks, thawed or frozen




Using a blender or food processor powder the Lite and Sweet for 1-2 minutes until powdered. Place the water, lime juice and pineapple chunks one cup at the time pulse until puree. Add the second,  third, fourth and last cup of pineapple puree it until smooth. Pour liquid into  popsicles molds and freeze for at least 6 hours. To get the popsicles out of their mold, just run molds under hot water for 10 seconds and Enjoy!
