Pumpkin season has arrived and is in full swing, I keep making all the pumpkin desserts I love and can’t go without. This dessert is a must make every year because of the creamy pumpkin cheesecake flavor, the light and fluffy texture it’s truly irresistible! It’s an extra bonus that this fabulous dessert is also low carb, you have to have this dessert in your life.

This recipe has been a super popular for many years, I’ve even have made this on the ABC – Good Things Utah – morning show. This is why I needed it to share again especially since its so simple and good. This particular recipe I topped it with sugar free whipping cream, but you serve it plain or with some sprinkling of pumpkin pie dessert.

I am a lover of cheesecake and all things creamy like mousse swirls! This is a perfect combination of creamy and fluffy dessert, being light without any crust. Making it easier to make, low calorie, and low carb dessert. After making this dessert you won’t want to make the traditional cheesecake ever again. This is so simple and flavorful just takes 5 minutes.

You don’t have to use a piping tool to make the mousse swirl in the glass. It turns out prettier, I but its not necessary.  For this recipe I prefer to use a fat-free cream cheese,  because they have less calories and contain more protein. This recipe will be your entire families favorite. I thought only the adults would love it the most, but my kids are starting to ask for it. It’s no problem for me because its so simple I can quickly whip another batch anytime.

For this recipe another trick I may share is to powder the sweetener in a high speed food processor or blender before starting the recipe. Lite and Sweet tends to have bigger granules than sugar so when you are making a no bake the dessert the best results is to powder the sweetener before starting the recipe so that you don’t have a grainy sweetener taste. Other than that step in powdering the sweetener, everything else is a breeze.
