Bake Healthy and Our Mission

We want to spark a sugar free health revolution, inspire a better life thru desserts, pastries, cakes and breads that are sugar free, great tasting, and better for you than if they were baked with regular table sugar.

We all have great memories the aromas of warm cookies, pastries, a warm slice of banana bread, and other baked goods  that are fresh out of the oven.  This are tastes that we all enjoy, but because of the amount of sugar added to a lot of these baked goods we sometimes feel guilty eating them.  If we can take out all of the added sugar, cut the calories by 1/3rd to ¾ of the sugared recipes, wouldn’t it make us feel better to share these baked goods more often?

Feel good making your kids and loved ones feel good.  We want to convey the message that it is great to share cookies and sweets, but how much better would it make you feel if you could share cakes, cookies, and other baked goods without the added sugars and with a fraction of the calories.

A Unique, Natural Blend Of Xylitol And Erythritol

Lite&Sweet, a blend of pharmaceutical-grade erythritol and xylitol, is our natural plant based sweetener that provides the sweetness everyone craves without the calories and chemical aftertaste like other sugar substitutes. Exceptional for diabetics and those who are hypoglycemic, Lite&Sweet is metabolized without insulin and creates a significantly lower glycemic impact than sugar.

Lite&Sweet is the ideal sweetener for everyone to enjoy and, unlike other sweeteners, it also has a high digestive tolerance. The combination of xylitol and erythritol is rapidly absorbed in the small intestine, making it less likely to cause the undesirable laxative effect seen with other sweeteners.

Converts 1:1 with Sugar

Having your cake and eating it too has never been easier! Our xylitol sweetener tastes and cooks just like regular table sugar and are easy to use in any recipe because they have a 1:1 sweetness and substitution ratio. You’ll also love that there’s no aftertaste like stevia sweeteners. They make a great addition to a healthy diet.

0 Gram Net Carbs

The total carb count is required on the nutrition label to include the full amount of grams from sugar alcohols and fiber. However, these carbs have less impact on blood glucose than others because they’re only partially (or not at all) converted to glucose by our body. Net carbs means the total grams of carbohydrate minus the grams of sugar alcohols, fiber, and glycerin. With equal carbs to sugar alcohols, our low carb sweeteners are perfect to keep you on track when counting carbs.

Non-GMO Xylitol

We’re passionate about how we craft all of our products at Xlear, so we only use the best quality, Non GMO ingredients.

Made With Xylitol

Lite&Sweet is our natural blend of plant sourced xylitol and erythritol. Though very similar in taste to sugar, erythritol has zero calories and almost no glycemic index, while xylitol has 40% less calories than sugar and a glycemic index of 7. The combination of the two plant based sweeteners create the perfect natural substitute for anyone concerned with the overuse of sugar in their diet, starting a new healthy diet, or is wanting to lose weight.

70% Fewer Calories

Lite&Sweet, our newest plant-based sweetener, has 70% less calories than sugar per serving! This makes it the IDEAL choice for anyone trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. The naturally low calorie characteristics are just the beginning of its nutritional benefits.

3 on Glycemic Index

Lite&Sweet is digested without insulin and has an extremely low glycemic index of 3 when eaten; in comparison, sugar has a glycemic index of 85! This is fantastic news for anyone who’s on a sugar-controlled diet, but doesn’t want to sacrifice taste.

Cooking with Lite&Sweet

Lite&Sweet is the best quality, interchangeable with sugar for most cooking applications, and can help supplement a healthy diet. When cooking, replace sugar with Lite&Sweet in equal measurements. Lite&Sweet is heat-stable for cooking and baking, it also mixes and dissolves similar to common sugar. While diverse, Lite&Sweet is not suitable for yeast doughs.
